Description of Service CommodityNode provides commodity price impact analysis, interactive visualizations, and market intelligence reports ("Content"). The Service includes free and paid tiers. ## 3. Not Financial Advice **All Content on CommodityNode is for informational and educational purposes only.** Nothing on this site constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the Content as such. CommodityNode does not recommend that any commodity, security, or financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. ## 4. User Accounts - You must provide accurate information when creating an account. - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. - You must be at least 18 years old to use paid services. ## 5. Paid Subscriptions - Paid plans are billed monthly through our payment processor (Paddle). - Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. - You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. - Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. ## 6. Refund Policy - **7-day money-back guarantee** on all new subscriptions. - If you are not satisfied within 7 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund. - Refunds after 7 days are provided at our discretion. - Single report purchases are non-refundable after download. ## 7. Intellectual Property All Content, visualizations, data analysis, and reports are owned by CommodityNode. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission. ## 8. API Usage - API access is governed by your subscription plan's rate limits. - You may not resell API data without an API Pro or enterprise agreement. - We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access for abuse. ## 9. Data Accuracy - Price data is sourced from public market feeds and may be delayed. - Predictive models provide scenario analysis, not guaranteed forecasts. - We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but provide no warranty. ## 10. Limitation of Liability CommodityNode shall not be liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or damages arising from the use of our Content or Service.
