Refund Policy
CommodityNode sells research access and workflow convenience for commodity market intelligence. Access may include public research organization, premium research archives, scenario artifacts, saved workflow features, or enterprise review materials. Paid access does not include trade alerts, personalized investment advice, brokerage, custody, order execution, or guaranteed financial outcomes.
Refund eligibility
- Duplicate charge: eligible for review and correction when the same user is charged twice for the same access period.
- Technical access failure: eligible for review if a paid feature cannot be accessed after reasonable support steps.
- Wrong plan or accidental purchase: eligible for review when reported promptly and before substantial use of premium materials.
- Enterprise invoice terms: handled under the written invoice or agreement for that customer.
Normally non-refundable cases
Completed access to digital research materials, dissatisfaction with market outcomes, disagreement with a commodity view, or use of a scenario output in a way CommodityNode does not recommend will normally not qualify for a refund. CommodityNode does not guarantee that a research memo, forecast range, chart, or scenario will be profitable, predictive, or suitable for a user’s circumstances.
Review timeline
CommodityNode aims to acknowledge billing and refund requests within 2–3 business days. Complex payment-provider, enterprise, or fraud-review cases may take longer. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where feasible, subject to payment-provider processing times.
Chargebacks and account protection
If a chargeback or payment dispute is opened, access may be paused while the payment provider reviews the case. Contact support first when possible so the issue can be resolved with clearer evidence and less friction.

Subscription changes
If a subscription or access pass is changed, the available remedy may be a plan adjustment, access extension, credit, or refund depending on the issue and payment-provider constraints. CommodityNode will try to resolve genuine access or duplicate-billing problems fairly, but research access is a digital product and may not be refundable after substantial use.
Research outcome boundary
Refunds are not based on whether a commodity moved in the direction a user expected, whether a company exposure proved profitable, or whether a scenario matched a future event. CommodityNode sells research workflow access, not market outcomes. This boundary is part of the same research-only standard described in Risk Disclosure and Terms of Service.
Support evidence
When contacting support, include screenshots only when they help explain the access problem. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, private keys, or sensitive account credentials. CommodityNode may ask for the purchase email, approximate payment time, plan name, and visible error message so the request can be matched to payment-provider records.
Corrections versus refunds
A factual correction request is handled under the Corrections Policy and does not automatically create a refund right. If a material platform error also prevented paid access from functioning, support may review both issues together. If the issue is a disagreement with research interpretation, market direction, or a model outcome, it will normally be treated as editorial feedback rather than a billing failure.
Contact route
For the clearest review, contact support before opening a payment dispute. Include the purchase email, the page or feature affected, and whether the problem is access, duplicate billing, plan mismatch, or account confusion. CommodityNode will not ask for passwords or full payment-card numbers.
Research-only boundary: CommodityNode is research-only, not investment advice, and not trade alerts. Correction requests should use the public corrections workflow when a factual source, timestamp, unit, or limitation needs review.
