Refund Policy

CommodityNode sells time-limited access to research tools, market intelligence content, and scenario analytics. Refund eligibility depends on the access product and usage level.

30-Day Research Access

Refund requests may be considered within 7 days of purchase if there has not been heavy premium archive usage, bulk export activity, abuse, or other excessive use of the digital research product.

Annual Research Access

Refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase if usage has been limited. After that period, refunds are reviewed case by case.

Duplicate payments

Verified duplicate payments will be reviewed and, where appropriate, refunded to the original payment method.

Enterprise licenses

Enterprise refunds, cancellations, and service terms are governed by the applicable invoice or written agreement.
